Remembering Marco Rossi (1960–2024)

It is with deep sadness that on May 12th we remember and honor the passing of Marco Rossi, a dear friend and an extraordinary figure in the world of arts. Marco created a unique art collection by always looking not only to the quality of the art but also at the integrity of the artists. Over 40 years he built an incredible collection that included both established and up and coming Italian and international artists.

Magazzino Italian Art Co-Founders, the members of the Advisory Board, the Director, the Artistic Director, the Director of Education & Research and the whole Team at the Museum wish to extend their deepest condolences to his spouse Luisa and children Pietro, Eugenio, Margherita and Lucia and all who were touched by Marco’s extraordinary life.

While we know that his departure leaves an irreplaceable void and nothing can alleviate the loss we will cherish all the good times we shared with Marco:.
