Following the exhibition Lucio Pozzi: qui dentro / in here, held at Magazzino Italian Art from March 7 to June 23, 2025, we are pleased to announce the publication of the exhibition catalogue dedicated to the artist, which includes essays by numerous contributors and a comprehensive overview of Pozzi’s work, accompanied by installation photographs from the exhibition. The book will be presented on December 4 at 5:30pm at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York City, in the presence of Lucio Pozzi and the exhibition’s curator, David Ebony, who will conduct a conversation on the exhibition project and on the artist's practice.
The presentation also offers an opportunity to celebrate the longstanding collaboration between the Italian Cultural Institute and Magazzino Italian Art: besides the recent exhibition Dialogues between Italy and America: Jannis Kounellis, Maria Lai, and Lucio Pozzi (March 14 – May 12, 2025), which is also featured in the publication, we will present catalogs for Namsal Siedlecki: Viandante and Margherita Raso: Vizio di forma. These exhibitions were organized by Magazzino at the Italian Cultural Institute in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
