Karolina Chojnowska oversees the communications and publications at Magazzino Italian Art. In this role, she manages all aspects in creating and executing creative content, digital media, and marketing strategies across the museum's website, social media, and digital and print platforms. She is also the project manager and editor on all publications and print materials produced by the institution. 

Originally from Poland, she specializes in curating, writing and editing, art criticism, management and art business practices. Karolina attended Fordham University, where she earned two Bachelor of the Arts degrees, one in Art History and the other in Communication and Media with a concentration in Journalism and PR. In 2012, she received her Masters in Modern and Contemporary Art, Connoisseurship, and the History of the Art Market from Christie’s Education in New York. Karolina has previously worked as a Regional Director of Culture for Europe, Middle East and Asia at the Culture Trip in London and as PR and Communications Director for BOSI Contemporary in New York as well as other internationally recognized galleries, auction houses and private collections. She has also been a contributor for various international online and print magazines and publications.
