Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Grace has lived and worked in New York City since 2012. She graduated from Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Religious Studies and received a Master of Arts in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Before joining Magazzino, Grace worked at the Jewish Museum from 2012 to 2018 in the development department, primarily fundraising for special exhibition, including New York: 1962 – 1964, Rachel Feinstein: Maiden, Mother, Crone, Pierre Chareau: Modern Architecture and Design, Florine Stettheimer: Painting Poetry, Isaac Mizrahi: An Unruly History, and From the Margins: Lee Krasner and Norman Lewis, 1945 – 1952. From 2018 to 2021, Grace was the Assistant Director for Corporate Relations at the American Museum of Natural History, focusing on major corporate sponsorship, partnerships, and donations for projects across the museum. Most recently, Grace served as the Development Director for Performa, the leading organization dedicated to exploring the critical role of live performance in the history of 20th-century art and to encouraging new directions in performance for the 21st century.
